At Modway, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it securely in its original manufacturer packaging to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.
Schedule a Pickup
Affix the provided shipping labels to your boxes and coordinate a pickup time with our designated carrier or drop the package at an authorized location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days.
